Giri Bp Community Relief Fund was founded by Deepak and Amrita Giri in May 2015 as a response to the humanitarian crisis in Nepal as a result of the devastating earthquakes in April of the same year.

Both Deepak and Amrita were born and raised in Nepal and while they currently reside in West Liberty, Iowa they continue to feel a strong connection to their home country. As a result of their decision to start the Giri Bp Community Relief Fund the Giri’s have been able to assist in other projects both domestically and internationally and hope to continue doing so for the foreseeable future.
